243 Queens Pde, Fitzroy North
The site is situated on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, in a wedge-shaped pocket of warehouse buildings, bound by Queens Parade, Heidelberg Road and the northern end of Hoddle Street.
The 83 unit, 12 storey multi-residential building takes the form of a ‘lozenge’ in order to maximize views and natural light, and includes a 238 sqm communal terrace.
The two level podium is designed to subtly reference warehouse typologies of the surrounding context. The building is designed to a 7 NATHERS star energy rating.
