109 Dight St, Collingwood

Situated on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, this project comprises 12 apartments over four storeys with a retail tenancy oriented along Dight Street and secure parking off York Street.

The building’s restrained material palette of textured white render, fine metal blades and bronze cladding lends itself to a refined and sculptural architectural outcome.

A bronze-clad entry and projecting canopy at ground level create a visual link back to the crown above, whilst the base is articulated by a series of punched openings, with balconies carved into the northeast corner for views and street activation.
