Studio Coordinator 

We are looking for a full-time (flexible) Studio Coordinator to join our practice to foster a positive and productive culture in our studio. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll provide essential administrative support to the team including acting as the first point of contact for studio guests, leading our events and coordinating the maintenance and organisation of our space. You'll get to know our leadership team extensively and support their daily activities including diary management and preparing presentations. You'll also have a hand in the running of our Brand and Communications and Culture committees, and will have the opportunity to further your career interests in other areas such as sustainability.


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent people interaction and service skills
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

We're ideally looking for someone who has a few years of administrative experience under their belt, particularly in a creative or construction related company. Project Accountant

Fieldwork is on the lookout for an exceptional Project Accountant to join our team. If you have  and experience in project finance in an architecture or construction industries, then this job is for you.

The Project Accountant’s primary objective is the successful financial management of our project finances and supporting business operations with the day-to-day finances of the practice. In this role you will be responsible to support our Project Leads across all projects to ensure monthly and annual reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience and experience with ERP systems is required. Project finance experience in the construction/design industry and qualifications in accounting/business is preferred.
